Elizabeth Falcone

Elizabeth helps mission-driven organizations rebuild their HR systems with clarity, structure, and heart. She is a bilingual HR consultant and strategist with over a decade of hands-on experience in higher education, nonprofit, and healthcare sectors—especially within organizations facing transitions, operational gaps, or restructuring. Known for stepping into complex environments and bringing immediate clarity, Elizabeth excels at building HR infrastructures that align operations with culture, values, and long-term goals.

She holds a Master’s in Leadership and Workplace Conflict Resolution, is pursuing her Doctorate of Education in Transformational Leadership and Coaching, and is certified in both SPHR and ProSci Change Management. Through her consulting work with LWH Consultants, she developed the Leading With H.E.A.R.T. model—Humaneness, Evaluation, Application, Reassessment, and Trust & Transparency—a framework designed to optimize onboarding and culture while centering the human experience. Her services include HR audits and assessments, handbook creation, RFP development, benefits, training, and HR systems optimization. She is also equipped to support employee relations when needed.

Elizabeth met her husband, Jonathan, in Hershey, Pennsylvania—the sweetest place on earth—where they both attended a boarding school for underserved youth. They married in 2022 and live in Napa County, California, with their dog, Luna. Elizabeth works between the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, and New York and is excited to take on project-based work, both in person and remotely. She believes clarity builds confidence—and that people-centered solutions aren’t just good HR, they’re good business.
